A former clandestine HUMINT contractor, Tucker now leads Tucker Global Initiatives (TGI).
He was the only officer personally recruited and trained by the head of Contracted Clandestine Services, frequently stepping in as interim director. Recognized for his service within the U.S. Intelligence Community, Tucker has received numerous accolades, including the Presidential Award for Excellence from both President Bush in 1992 and 2008.
A Specialized Skills Officer with over 20 years of experience working on high-risk paramilitary contracts within the U.S. Intelligence Community. Trained in covert operations, tactical warfare, and unconventional problem-solving, West has executed missions in conflict zones across the globe, often in environments of extreme volatility and danger.
A key part of West's role involved gathering actionable intelligence through reconnaissance missions and deep cover infiltrations, which allowed him to support the development and execution of strategic plans. This work required proficiency in handling specialized weaponry, tactical driving, evasion, and advanced surveillance techniques to ensure operational success and safety.
In recognition of his service, West has been awarded several commendations for valor and excellence in operational leadership.

Reaves specialized in paramilitary operations, which involved direct-action missions, counterterrorism efforts, and clandestine support to special operations forces.
His responsibilities often included organizing and leading highly sensitive raids targeting terrorist cells, high-value targets, and insurgent leaders. Reaves also played a key role in training and advising foreign military units, enhancing their tactical capabilities to combat organized crime and insurgent threats within their regions.
Known for his calm demeanor under pressure and strategic foresight, Reaves has been instrumental in the planning and execution of joint operations with international intelligence and military units. His contributions have led to the successful disruption of criminal networks, and the rescue of hostages held by extremist groups. Reaves has been awarded numerous commendations over his career.
